“While current showers moving through the area are not severe, thunderstorms are expected to develop around 3 pm in the Columbiana and New Castle areas and move along the I-80 corridor into the Butler/Franklin areas around 4 pm and over to Clarion and Punxsutawney by 5 to 6 pm. Large hail up to quarter to half dollar size and damaging wind gusts are possible with these storms.”
